Abstract

Human Immunodeficiency Virus (HIV) is an RNA virus that specifically attacks the human immune system. When the immune system is severely compromised, the condition is known as AIDS. AIDS infection develops gradually, often starting with no obvious symptoms and going undetected in HIV tests. The way HIV is transmitted is through Same-Sex Sex Activities, Sex in Localization Places, to Children Through Mother's Breast Milk, use of medical equipment in health practices. Qualitative research methods are research methods to be based on the philosophy of post positivism, used to research on natural object conditions, (as opposed to experiments) where researchers are key instruments, sampling of data sources is done purposively and snowbaal, collection techniques with triangulation (combined), data analysis is inductive / qualitative, and qualitative research results emphasize meaning rather than generalization. According to the Ministry of Health, the impact of HIV disease on the body HIV disease has a significant impact on the sufferer's body, especially immunity and several organs. Administration of ARVs at an earlier stage can reduce the risk of HIV transmission by 93%. among serodiscordant couples, i.e. couples where one person is HIV-infected and the other is.
