HUBUNGAN FUNGSI SEKSUAL DENGAN STATUS MENYUSUI, PARITAS, STATUS EMOSI, DAN FAKTOR BUDAYA PADA IBU POSTPARTUM

Abstract


Tujuan: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan fungsi seksual dengan status menyusui, status paritas, status emosi dan faktor budaya pada ibu postpartum enam bulan pertama pasca persalinan. Metode Penelitian: Penelitian ini merupakan studi deskriptif dengan desain cross sectional. Sampel berjumlah 225 ibu postpartum yang diambil secara consecutive sampling pada bulan April-Mei tahun 2015. Penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner karakteristik demografi responden,kuesioner status emosi dan kuesioner faktor budaya yang telah dimodifikasi. Hasil: Studi ini menunjukkan tidak ada hubungan yang bermakna antara fungsi seksual dengan status menyusui dengan nilai p value 0,405, status paritas dengan nilai p value 0,321, status emosi dengan nilai p value 0,507 dan faktor budaya dengan nilai p value 0,064. Implikasi penelitian: Professional kesehatan harus meningkatkan pelayanan kesehatan postpartum, diskusi dan konseling tentang seksualitas harus menjadi bagian perawatan postpartum dan pada kunjungan antenatal. Rekomendasi: Perawat maternitas harus mampu menjalankan perannya sebagai pelaksana asuhan keperawatan dengan memperhatikan semua aspek kebutuhan dasar manusia salah satunya kebutuhan seksual yang merupakan kebutuhan biologis. Selain itu perawat maternitas sebagai pendidik diharapkan mampu memberikan konseling, informasi dan edukasi tentang kesehatan seksual sehingga dapat meningkatkan kesejahteraan dan kualitas hidup perempuan di setiap siklus kehidupan
