Hubungan antara Komunikasi Interpersonal dan Disiplin Kerja dengan Kinerja Pegawai pada Kantor Camat Sirimau Kota Ambon

Abstract


This study aims to get an empirical picture of the relationship between interpersonal
communication and work discipline with employee performance at the Sirimau Subdistrict
Office
of
Ambon
City.
The
population
of
the
research
is
the
employees
in
Sirimau

Sub-district

Office of Ambon City, while the data analysis technique uses correlation
analysis. The results showed that there is a positive relationship between interpersonal
communication with employee performance, there is also a positive relationship between
work discipline with employee performance, and there is a positive relationship between
interpersonal communication and work discipline with employee performance at Sirimau
Sub-district Office of Ambon City. This shows that the more positive the interpersonal
communication and work discipline, the higher the performance of employees.
