PENGARUH KEPUASAN KERJA KOMITMEN ORGANISASI DAN PROFESIONALISME TERHADAP PERILAKU ORGANISASI DAN GURU SMA NEGERI DAN SWASTA DI SULAWESI

Abstract


The research aim to analysis: 1) affect of satisfaction toward organization behavior from
teachers, 2) affect of organization commitment toward organization behavior from
teachers, 3) affect ofprofessionallsm toward organization behavior from teachers, 4)
affect of satisfaction toward performance by teachers, 5) affect of organization
commitment toward performance by teachers, 6) affect ofprofessionalism toward
performance by teachers, and 7) affect of organization behavior toward performance by
teachers.
These research applied in Senior High School Private and State in Sulawesi.
Population of research all of teachers as amount 502 persons. Sample as amount
223 respondent based on Slovin Formulation. Data analysis used of Structural Equation
Model with aim AMOS 18 program statistic.
The results found that: 1) satisfaction affect in negative and insignificant toward
organization behavior from teachers, 2) organization commitment affect in positive
and significant toward organization behavior from teachers, 3) professionalism affect in
positive and significant toward organization behavior from teachers, 4) satisfaction affect
in negative and insignificant toward performance by teachers, 5) organization
commitment affect in positive and significant toward performance by teachers, 6)
professionalism affect in positive and significant toward performance by teachers, and 7)
organization behavior affect in positive and significant toward performance by teachers.
