Abstract

This study aims to describe and analyze the influence of leadership on service performance, the influence of work motivation on service performance, and the influence of leadership and work motivation on service performance in PDAM Pangkep Regency.The population in this study were all employees in PDAM Pangkep Regency, amounting to 53 (fifty three) employees. The sampling technique in this study is to use census techniques. The data obtained were anal zed using descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression analysis which was used to find out how the influence of the independent variables with the dependent variable ie between the leadership variable (X1) and work motivation (X2) on the PDAM service performance variable (Y). Based on the results of this analysis note that Leadership has a positive but not significant effect on the service performance of PDAM Pangkep Regency. Motivation has a positive and significant effect on the service performance of Pangkep Regency PDAM. Leadership and motivation have a positive and significant effect on the service performance of PDAM Pangkep Regency with a contribution of 79.8%, while the remaining 20.2% is determined by other factors.
