About the Journal

Patria Artha Management Journal (PAMJ) is a peer-reviewed scientific journal published by Universitas Patria Artha, with E-ISSN 2549-6816, and is published twice a year, in April and October. The journal serves as a scholarly platform for publishing empirical research, conceptual studies, and scientific perspectives related to management, economics, business, and organizational studies. The articles published in PAMJ are expected to contribute to the development of management theories and practices, provide insights into organizational and business issues, and address the dynamics and challenges of the economic and business environment. Focus and Scope of the journal include human resource management, marketing management, financial management, strategic management, organizational behavior, entrepreneurship, operations management, business management, as well as relevant studies in economics and organizational development that contribute to the advancement of management knowledge and practice.
