Abstract

This study aims to determine the leadership style of the Regional VII National Housing Development Company, to determine the influence of leadership style on employee work discipline at the Regionall VII National Housing Development Company and to determine the level of employee discipline at the Regional VII National Housing Development Company. The analytical method in this research is quantitative by using a simple linear regression method and the data are analyzed using the Static Package For Social Science (SPSS 22) program. The results of this study indicate that for a simple linear regression equation Y = a + b X based on data from the calculation results obtained coefficient values for X values that is 25.245 equation of the regression model above shows the regression coefficient of the variable (b) is negative (-). Where in this case means the leadership style variable has a negative effect on employee work discipline. Data from the calculation of the t-value of 7.818, and t-table of 2.034. This means that the leadership style has a significant influence on employee work discipline. So the results of this study indicate that leadership style has a negative and significant effect on employee work discipline.
